1. Return Eligibility

The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging (tags, labels, etc.).
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Note:Certain items (e.g., digital products, personalized/custom goods) are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Products damaged by customer misuse, alteration, or wear.
Final sale items (e.g., clearance, heavily discounted products).
Shipping costs (unless the error was made by EASYSHOP LLC).
4. How to Request a Return
